We’ve selected the top parcs that offer the best experiences for teens with Eurocamp's exclusive Base club, a free club where they can hang out with new friends their own age or enjoy off-parc excursions under the watchful eyes of couriers. You’ll also find parcs close to beach with the best water sports or with thrilling aqua parks nearby.
From on-parc experiences like wine tasting, cookery lessons or scuba-diving, to trips to capital cities and world heritage sites, there’s a world of holiday fun to be had whether you’re travelling solo, the two of you or with a group of friends. Here are some of our favourites to get you started…
We stayed at La Baume for three nights. It's a huge campsite, formerly two that have been joined together. There are two separate swimming pools because of this. We preferred the one at La Palmeraie, it was much quieter.
The Eurocamp caravan we stayed in was good, had air conditioning, and a patio with a BBQ and a gate. This outside space was perfect for our one year old who wanted to run around.
Luckily our family had a car, without this the holiday would have been impossible. Especially for food shopping etc. Basic cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery were provided by Eurocamp. But others such as toilet roll, BBQ utensils etc. were not.
Eurocamp check-in time is late (3pm) which was rigidly followed by the English-speaking staff. Some flexibility would have been appreciated. The on-site supermarket and bar/cafe at La Baume were lacking and very expensive for some items. The nearby Lidl had a much better selection and was better value.
Despite this La Baume worked well for our holiday and we'd recommend it to others, especially young families.
